Job Title: College Academy Coach
Type of contract: Sessional (25hrs)
Pay Rate: £12.21 - £15ph depending on experience
Location: Hewens College (Hayes) and Rectory Park (Northolt)

Our award-winning QPR College Programme are looking to an recruit ambitious, reliable football coach to join our team.
Weekly Timetable - 25hrs
Monday - Hewens College 9am - 11am / Rectory Park 12pm – 4pm
Tuesday - Hewens College 9am - 11am / Rectory Park 12pm - 2pm
Wednesday - Game Day (5hours average)
Thursday - Rectory Park 12pm – 4pm
Friday - Hewens College 9am - 11am
There will also be other operational duties throughout the week.
The type of experience we are looking for:
Qualifications
- UEFA B Licence (desirable)
- UEFA C
- In-date DBS, Safeguarding & Emergency Aid Qualifications
- Driving Licence and access to a vehicle (essential)
Personal Qualities
- A passion for working with young people
- Able to build excellent relationships with players and staff
- Reliable and trustworthy
- Excellent communication and timekeeping skills
Skills, Knowledge, Experience
- Previous experience working with footballers ages 16-19yrs old
- Experience with team administration
- Able to demonstrate practical knowledge of dealing with safeguarding issues
- Able to use a variety of delivery styles to engage with the players
